Evangelist Dr. Gloria White

Evangelist Dr. Gloria White is the First Pastoral Assistant of Cathedral of Praise Church of God in Christ, International in Bridgeport, Connecticut where her husband, Bishop John C. White, is Senior Pastor. She also serves as the National Supervisor of the Church of God in Christ, International.

Evangelist White attended Manhattan Bible Institute and completed a course in Biblical Studies. She also holds a certificate of completion for external courses through Rhema Bible School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Evangelist White has several certificates, awards and trophies marking her progression in the call to Christian service.

She is a former member of the world famous Institutional Radio Choir and the renowned J.C. White Singers.

Presently, she is working untiringly with her husband, Bishop White, to bring to fruition the Vision given to them by God: A senior citizen’s complex, rehabilitation center for ex-offenders, an orphanage, a day care center, and a school where young people can learn the ways of the Lord which is vital to their destiny, along with the necessary academics.

Evangelist White is blessed with five children, thirteen grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. She loves the Lord Jesus Christ and presses on to know him the more, as it is through the knowledge of Him we have all things that pertain to life and Godliness.
